About Rengit KFC?...

Rengit subdistrict is a subdistrict based on agriculture and oil palm plantations. This subdistrict is located within the Batu Pahat district. Unlike other towns in Batu Pahat district such as Batu Pahat (Penggaram), Yong Peng and Parit Raja... this town is not very big with many fast food restaurants such as McDonald's, Burger King, Pizza Hut, Domino's Pizza, Subway, A&W and more.

In this subdistrict ... there is a fast food restaurant called Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) and that is considered an achievement of economic development that can be proud of as as the author of this blog mentioned earlier... this subdistrict is a agricultural and oil palm plantations subdistrict.

This fast food restaurant is located in the middle of Rengit town center near the traffic light junction in the middleof Rengit town center. This fast food restaurant is also close to Pasarneka Selesa grocery supermarket, Eng Hiap Seng supermarket and Mr DIY shop.

If asked to the residents of the subdistrict of Rengit... do they know Azhar Foods? The majority of them will answer yes... they know Azhar Foods very well... a food company based on chips and crackers. In fact, Azhar Foods is also recognized as the "ole-ole" center of the state of Johor.

During festive seasons such as Eidfitr... Azhar Foods will be flooded with customers who have just returned to their hometown in Rengit to buy various cakes/chips/crackers (kuih-muih) to be served to visiting guests to strengthen the bond of Eidfitr.

Azhar Foods also often receives groups of visitors from all over peninsular Malaysia and also Singapore to get chips, crackers, cakes and drinks sold here before they continue their journey to other places.

Azhar Foods is located on the main road of Rengit in Sri Bahrom. If you are from the south towards the north... This Azhar Foods is located on the left side of the road and vice versa if you are from the north towards the south... This Azhar Foods is located on the right side of the road.

Azhar Foods has a small shop branch in Johor Bahru. The small shop branch is located in Tampoi Town Center near the CIMB bank.

If you are a fan of chips, crackers and various cakes... this place should be included in your travel calendar to visit.

Steamboat Restaurant For Rengit?...

Many Malaysians love steamboat food, including Rengit residents themselves. From the observation of the author of this blog.... the author of this blog found that at the time this blogpost was being typed... the towns where there are steamboat restaurants in this district are the cities of Batu Pahat (Penggaram) and Parit Raja (Pura Kenchana Sri Gading). The author of this blog is not very sure whether Yong Peng also have a steamboat restaurant or vice versa but the blog author is very sure that Rengit does not have a steamboat restaurant.

In the city of Batu Pahat (Penggaram)... the steamboat restaurant that many residents of this district know is Ceria Maju Restaurant.

In the opinion of the author of this blog... Rengit is a potential economic area for the establishment of a steamboat restaurant.

I hope the establishment of the steamboat restaurant in Rengit will become a reality one day.

At the time this blogpost was being typed... Rengit only has one local pizza restaurant known as Diddy's Pizza located in Mara Rengit Bazaar.

In terms of brands and menus available at Diddy's Pizza... may not be comparable to Pizza Hut but if Rengit residents want to enjoy pizza without having to go to Batu Pahat (Penggaram) or Parit Raja... Diddy's Pizza is enough.

However... will one day Pizza Hut establish their business in Rengit?

Is Rengit ready for Pizza Hut?...

At the time this blogpost was being typed... Rengit only has one fast food restaurant which is Kentucky Fried Chicken or the acronym commonly referred to as KFC.

The author of this blog is not sure how long KFC Rengit has been operating but from the point of view of the author of this blog may be in around 10 years or maybe even more than 10 years. The author of this blog states 10 years old because the blog author does not feel that KFC Rengit has been operating for too long but even at the same time not too new to operate.

After several years of KFC Rengit operating... it was Benut's turn to place KFC as their business base. There are rumors saying that Senggarang will probably have a branch of KFC restaurant in the coming years.

Going back to the main topic of this blogpost... Rengit is one of the towns that has the potential to have a McDonald's restaurant branch in this Batu Pahat district besides Yong Peng.

In Batu Pahat district... there are two towns that already have McDonald's restaurant branches, namely Batu Pahat (Penggaram) and Parit Raja. Therefore... in the opinion of the author of this blog... if McDonald's restaurants want to open their new branch in this district besides Batu Pahat (Penggaram) and Parit Raja town in the future... Yong Peng town and Rengit town is a satisfactory consideration in terms of the population and development available in these two towns.

However... is Rengit ready for McDonald's or a popular abbreviation by Malaysians as McD? "I'M LOVING IT!" hehehe....

RasaRia Back to Rengit?...

Some may know this restaurant and some may not... whatever... this restaurant brand was once established in Rengit... to be more precise... in Taman Pandan Jaya 1.

In the opinion of the author of this blog... the atmosphere of the restaurant can be said to be comfortable and the menus in this restaurant can also be delicious.

However... this restaurant still did not last long and decided to close the branch in Rengit.

In the opinion of the author of this blog.... the author of this blog suggested that RasaRia return to Rengit but take the approach to open "1 door" only instead of opening "2 doors". However... the author of this blog leaves it entirely to RasaRia to finalize it and the author of this blog is ready to accept the facts and understand if RasaRia decides not to return to Rengit. RasaRia itself knows and understands the situation to set foot in Rengit.

The author of this blog wishes good luck to RasaRia restaurant.

For a few people or maybe a lot of people... they are very familiar with this brand of Secret Recipe Restaurant.

In addition to the delicious cake... the food menus in this restaurant are also delicious to eat. As far as the author of this blog knows... in this district only... this restaurant is located in the city of Batu Pahat (Penggaram) and town of Parit Raja. The author of this blog is not very sure whether Yong Peng town has this restaurant branch or vice versa although many think that Yong Peng town is the second largest town in this district after Batu Pahat (Penggaram) city. Many people think that if Parit Raja as the third largest town in this district has a Secret Recipe restaurant branch... surely Yong Peng town also has this restaurant branch. In the opinion of the author of this blog... not really... because Parit Raja has a McDonald's fast food restaurant branch while in Yong Peng there is no McDonald's restaurant branch (The author of this blog is definitely sure as far as this blogpost is being typed).

For the Rengit area... not only the authors of this blog but even the majority of Rengit residents know that the Rengit area does not yet have a Secret Recipe restaurant branch.

The readiness of Secret Recipe to invest and set foot in Rengit at this time is questionable because before this... there was a restaurant brand like the concept of Secret Recipe named "RasaRia" based in the town of Pontian Kechil once operated in Rengit in Taman Pandan Jaya 1 but did not last long and eventually closed the branch. If Rengit residents who have eaten at RasaRia restaurant and want to eat at that restaurant.... you can do so by going to RasaRia restaurant branch in Benut & Pontian Kechil town.

However... if Secret Recipe restaurant still wants to open their restaurant branch in Rengit... is Rengit ready for Secret Recipe?...
